Apprentice People & Organisational Development Assistant (L3) (Manchester)

This entry-level role will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in all areas of People & Organisational Development, supporting our small and friendly People & OD team with a range of processes from recruitment to retirement, providing advice and handling day-to-day queries for the wider organisation.

You will be employed on an 18 month fixed term training contract of 37.5 hours per week. You will have one day per week to study towards the apprenticeship and to attend training that will improve your knowledge of procedures and policies that impact on the role.

As an HR Support Apprentice, you will be expected to have excellent customer service and communication skills, be highly organised and able to work flexibly to meet competing demands. A willingness to take on new tasks, demonstrate initiative and drive to develop will also be essential. You do not need to have previous experience working in HR to apply for this role.
